SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS:

We are now accepting FES-UA applications for the 2024-25 school year. Families may apply on our website. 

SUBMITTING A REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST/INVOICE:

  • Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to submit reimbursement requests (invoices) for your FES-UA funded students within your SUFS account.
  • What happens after you submit a reimbursement request? 
    • The parent will immediately be notified that they have a reimbursement request awaiting their review. We strongly encourage you to also contact the family to ensure they review the request right away. (Families have 30 days to review the reimbursement request.)
      • Reminder, FES-UA funds cannot be issued to a school without approval by the parent. 

Once the reimbursement request is approved, payment will be initiated to your school's bank account. Payments are initiated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and can take up to 3 business days to arrive in your school's bank account.
